Here at Macadoo's, we take painstaking measures to provide the best BBQ experience in the Southeast, if not the world! We aren't famous (yet), bet we do take 3 days to prepare the finest meats for your dining pleasure. First, we brine the meat for a day (ask if you wanna know!), then the meat goes into the dry rub for a day, and lastly let the smoking begin! Smoked over live hickory for as long as it takes to produce the tastiest, melt in your mouth BBQ around.
